Spicy Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton plain, low-fat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 Tbsp. minced celery
    1 Tbsp. minced green onion
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well. Chill thoroughly.
    Serve as a dip for celery sticks, carrot sticks or other raw, crisp vegetables.
    Yields 1 1/3 cups.
