Cheese Cake(No Cooking) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1/2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. condensed milk, whipped
3 graham crackers, crumbled
1/2 c. oleo, melted
Preparation

Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water. Chill until slightly thick. Cream together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Add gelatin and blend well. Fold in whipped condensed milk.
Mix the crackers and oleo together.
Put 2/3 in bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Add filling and sprinkle rest of crumbs over top. Chill several hours or overnight. Serves 12 to 16.
