Cranberry Sherbet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. cranberries
2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
juice of 1 large orange
Preparation

Boil cranberries with water until cranberries pop and are soft. Sieve cranberries. Add sugar and juice.
Freeze, stirring occasionally.
Great with Thanksgiving dinner.
