Chestnut Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 veal steaks or 2 lb. ground round
    1 pkg. sliced almonds
    1 1/2 lb. chestnuts, boiled or broiled until done
    1 c. raisins
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    3/4 c. long grain rice
    water (if needed, to keep mixture moist)
    butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 diced onion
Preparation
    Boil veal steaks until cooked, then cut in small pieces.
    Brown onion, meat, almonds, chestnuts, raisins, tomato paste and rice. Cook until rice is tender, about 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool, then stuff turkey.
    This dressing will stuff a 20-pound turkey.
