Beef Stroganoff(Makes 3 Cups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. fresh mushrooms
    1 large onion
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, partially frozen
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. beef bouillon
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Slice mushrooms and onions.
    Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
    Saute mushrooms and onions until soft.
    Remove from skillet and set aside in large bowl.
