Shrimp Etouffees - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    garlic to taste
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. Bloody Mary mix
    2 heaping Tbsp. undiluted cream of celery soup
    salt to taste
    1 lb. raw, peeled shrimp
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    some lemon juice
Preparation
    Saute the first 7 ingredients.
    Add soup and salt.
    Heat and stir.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Heat until shrimp are done. Serve over rice.
