Roasted Pecan Clusters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 c. pecan pieces
5 1/2 sq. (2 1/3 oz. each) chocolate candy coating
Preparation

Melt butter, pour in 15 x 10 x 1-inch
jelly
roll pan. Add pecans and stir to coat.
Bake in 300\u00b0
oven
for
25 minutes, stirring
every
10 minutes.
Put on
paper
towel
and sprinkle lightly with salt.
Place candy coating
in
top
of double boiler.
Bring water to a boil, reduce heat
to low and cook until coating melts.
Cool 2 minutes, add pecans and stir until
coated. Drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed
paper
and
let cool.
