Apple Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. melted fat or salad oil
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Stir in milk.
Sift dry ingredients together and beat in.
When blended add shortening and beat.
Cut apples into crosswise slices (core but don't peel).
Dip into batter.
Drop into hot fat and fry at 375\u00b0 until brown.
Drain and serve hot.
