Marinated Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 lb. skirt steak
    flour tortillas
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients and marinate steak overnight. Grill steak, cut in thin strips across the grain of the meat. Serve with warm flour tortillas, picante sauce, guacamole, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, etc.
