Fried Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cucumbers
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 pepper
Preparation
    Peel and slice cucumbers to about 1/4-inch thick.
    Beat together the eggs, salt and pepper.
    Dip the cucumber in the egg mixture then in the bread crumbs.
    Fry a few slices at a time in the butter in a large skillet until light brown.
    Drain well and serve while still hot.
    Yields 6 servings.
