Lemon Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1/3 c. ReaLemon
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon or 2 cubes
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp cheese
    8 fish fillets (about 2 lb.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a small saucepan, melt butter.
    Add ReaLemon, bouillon and Tabasco sauce; set aside.
    In a medium bowl, combine cooked rice, broccoli, cheese and 1/4 cup of lemon butter sauce.
    Mix well.
    Divide rice mixture for 8 fillets, rolling each.
    Place seam side down in baking dish.
    Brush with remaining lemon butter sauce.
    Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
