German Potato Salad(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 small potatoes
3 slices bacon, cut in cubes
1 rounded Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. salt
1 small onion
Preparation

Peel and slice potatoes, add chopped onion.
Fry bacon, remove bacon.
Add butter and flour to bacon fat.
Stir and add vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper.
Boil and pour over potatoes, then sprinkle bacon over salad.
