Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 bell peppers
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 can tomatoes (1 lb. size)
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
bread crumbs
salt
pepper
Preparation

Cut tops off peppers and remove stem from tops and then chop up the tops.
Parboil peppers for 5 minutes. Brown meat. Add chopped pepper tops and onion. Add tomatoes. Add Worcestershire sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Thicken with bread crumbs. Stuff peppers and put in covered dish with some water. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
