Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. each: garlic powder and paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Arrange potato wedges, peel sides down, in shallow baking dish, 9 x 13-inch pan or 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
    Mix oil, cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper; brush over all the potatoes.
    Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden, brushing occasionally with oil mixture.
