French Onion Casserole(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium onions, sliced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. beef bouillon
    1/4 c. sherry wine
    1 1/2 c. plain croutons
    2 oz. Swiss cheese
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook onions and butter.
    Blend in flour and pepper.
    Add bouillon and wine.
    Stir until thick and bubbly.
    Pour in 1-quart casserole dish.
    Top with croutons, Swiss and Parmesan cheese. Brown under broiler just until cheese melts.
    Serve immediately.
