Oatmeal Caramelitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. quick oats
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    3/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Combine in a large bowl the 1 cup flour, oats, brown sugar, soda, salt and butter to form the \"crumbs.\"
    Press half of the crumbs into the bottom of a 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
