Winter Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 strips bacon, chopped
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. water
    2 1/2 c. pared, diced potatoes
    1 c. chopped carrots
    2 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
    3 c. milk
    2 (16 oz.) cans whole kernel corn
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Partially cook bacon; stir in onion.
    Cook until bacon is crisp.
    Stir in water, potatoes, carrots and chicken bouillon. Heat to boiling until potatoes and carrots are tender.
    Add milk, corn and pepper.
    Mix cheese and flour, stirring constantly until melted.
