Carrot Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. shredded raw carrots
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. lemon peel
    1/2 tsp. soda in 1 tsp. water
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix all pudding ingredients together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in greased, round cake pans.
    Top with Vanilla Sauce Topping.
