Chicken Charlie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Uncle Ben's boil-in-bag rice
    1 pkg. thighs, boiled with bay leaf
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can corn and 1 can peas or 1 (1 lb.) bag frozen vegetables
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 stacks Hi Ho crackers, crushed
    2 sticks margarine, melted
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to package instructions, then spread out in the bottom of a large baking pan.
    Boil chicken until done; cool.
    Remove meat from bone; layer evenly over rice.
    Season to taste.
    Prepare vegetables according to packaging and layer over chicken.
    Mix together and heat soups; pour over vegetables. Crush crackers and completely cover casserole.
    Melt butter in microwave and pour over crust.
    Bake at about 350\u00b0 for approximately 10 minutes.
