Honey Baked Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

1 frying chicken, cut up
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

In a large baking dish (9 x 13-inch), melt butter. Stir in honey, pineapple juice, mustard, salt and curry powder. Coat chicken well and arrange in baking dish. Bake about 1 hour at 375\u00b0 (uncovered).
Turn at least once during baking. Serves 4.
