Rice & Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb roll Hot sausage, cooked and drained
    1/2 c celery, finely chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 c uncooked rice
    1 c mushrooms, chopped
    1 c onion, chopped
    1/2 c green pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of onion soup, undiluted
    pepper, red & black, to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and put into casserole.
    Bake with top on at 325 F for 1 1/2 hrs.
