Butter Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. water
    1 heaping c. brown sugar
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat well the egg, brown sugar and butter.
    Add 1 cup raisins and 1/4 cup water.
    The more water, the juicier...less water, more firm.
    Bake in unbaked pastry shells.
    My grandmother's recipe handed down to my mother.
