Pork And Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 potatoes
1 onion
4 pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 stick margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
-
Peel and slice potatoes and onion.
Dot bottom of casserole dish with the butter.
Layer potatoes, onion, salt and pepper. Repeat.
Place pork chops on top.
Cover with undiluted mushroom soup.
Put cover on casserole.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about an hour or until done.
