Cream Cheese Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and brown sugar.
Add flour and nuts.
Blend until crumbly.
Reserve 2 cups for topping.
Press remaining mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes. Combine cream cheese and sugar; beat until smooth.
Add eggs, milk, lemon juice and vanilla.
Beat well.
Spread mixture of baked crust; sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
