Chicken Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    4 c. water
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    2 peeled, cubed medium potatoes
    2 chopped carrots
    17 oz. can creamed corn
    15 oz. can tomato sauce with bits or medium chopped tomato
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients and boil.
    Cover and reduce heat and simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
    Remove chicken, reserving 3 cups of broth.
    Remove meat from bones and cut up.
    Add potatoes and carrots to broth and bring to boil.
    Cover and reduce heat and simmer 10 to 12 minutes.
    Add chicken, corn, tomato sauce and pepper.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
