Baked Cod - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cod fillets
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. oil
    1/2 onion
    2 oranges
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
Preparation
    Place cod fillets in baking dish and brush with lemon juice and oil.
    Cover with thin slices of onion rings.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven and cover fish with slices of peeled orange and minced parsley.
    Return to oven and bake 5 minutes more or until done.
