Hot Crab Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. imitation crab meat (.75 to 1 lb.)
    1 large (16 oz.) container sour cream *
    4 oz. plain yogurt *
    1 pkg. Knorr Alfredo sauce mix
    1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated (canned is o.k.)
    1/2 c. canned grated Romano cheese
    2 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    *May use nonfat yogurt and sour cream.
