Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. soft margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. crushed corn flakes for topping
Preparation
    Thaw hash browns all day or overnight.
    In a large bowl, mix margarine, sour cream and cheese.
    Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Spread corn flakes over mixture and dot generously with margarine.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 12.
