Scalloped Potatoes With Cheddar Cheese - cooking recipe

1 (11 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
4 medium potatoes, cut into 1/8-inch slices
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1 small onion, chopped (1/4 c.)
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Empty soup in 2-quart casserole.
Stir in milk gradually. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover tightly and microwave on High for 20 to 35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
