Gulliver'S Creamed Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. m.s.g.
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of cayenne
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except for butter and flour in a pot and bring to a boil.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Blend butter with flour with a wire whisk and add to corn.
Mix well and remove from heat. Put in casserole dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and put under broiler until lightly browned.
