Gazpacho Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 large crushed garlic cloves
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    ground black pepper to taste
    pulp of 3 large tomatoes, crushed
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 red onion, minced
    1 green pepper, minced (I use 1/2 to 3/4 of one)
    1 cucumber, seeds removed and minced
    6 Tbsp. fresh bread crumbs
    6 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 c. water or soda water
Preparation
    In a bowl, put crushed garlic cloves, salt, paprika, pepper and tomatoes.
    Mash ingredients thoroughly with a fork.
    Add, drop by drop, the olive and vegetable oils.
    Stir vigorously with a whisk.
    Add onion, pepper, cucumber, bread crumbs, wine vinegar and water.
    Stir and chill.
    You may also add leftover, fresh cooked corn.
