Lamagna'S Cassata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fresh or frozen pound cake (9 x 13-inch)
    1 lb. Lamagna Ricotta cheese
    2 Tbsp. heavy cream
    1/4 c sugar
    2 Tbsp. liqueur (Amaretto or orange flavored)
    3 Tbsp. chopped citron or mixed candy fruit (optional)
    4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips (or coarsely chopped semi-sweet chocolate)
Preparation
    With serrated knife, slice crust off pound cake on all sides, then slice cake lengthwise into 1/4-inch slice, rectangular.
