Ingredients

1 pkg. refrigerator sugar cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) carton low-fat vanilla yogurt
assorted fruit sliced or halved (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, raspberries, grapes, peaches or bananas dipped in lemon juice)
Preparation

Chill cookie dough until very firm.
Line 14 inch pizza pan with foil.
Slice cookie dough into 1/8 inch slices and line pizza pan with cookie slices beginning in center and working towards outside of pan.
Overlap edges until pan is covered.
Press cookie dough together by pressing with fingers.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove and cool completely. Transfer cookie pizza to serving tray.
