Creamy Tuna And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. noodles
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    2 c. shredded American cheese (8 oz.)
    1 c. cooked peas
    1 c. (7 oz.) tuna or salmon, drained and flaked
    1/2 c. chopped pimiento
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package.
    In a large saucepan, melt butter and cook onion until tender. Stir in flour and salt blended with milk.
    Bring to the boiling point, then simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in cheese, peas, tuna, pimiento and noodles.
    Heat through, but do not boil.
    Makes about 4 servings.
