Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 Jonathan apples
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. butter
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of salt
    pastry for 2 crust pie
Preparation
    Pare apples and slice
    thin.
    Combine
    sugar and flour, spices and salt.
    Mix
    with
    apples.
    Fill pastry-lined 9-inch pie plate and dot
    with
    butter.
    Adjust
    top crust.\tSprinkle with sugar. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven
    for 50 minutes or until juices bubble through the top.
