Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium bell peppers
    2 small onions
    2 c. rice (uncooked)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 ripe tomatoes
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    6 center-cut pork chops
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Layer pepper, tomatoes, onions, rice and pork chops in large baking dish.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Pour sherry over layers and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Serves 3 to 5.
