Shrimp And Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lump crabmeat
    1 lb. precooked salad shrimp
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
    juice of 1 lemon
    3 good shakes Accent
    1/4 c. each: finely chopped onion, pepper and carrot
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    8 slices bread
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Remove crust from bread and cube.
    Mix mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, lemon, mustard, Accent, eggs, onion, pepper, carrots and butter.
    Butter casserole (approximately 9 x 12-inch).
    Mix crumbs and seafood.
    Add enough sauce to make mixture pasty.
    Pat a little sauce on bottom of pan. Put crabmeat mixture in pan.
    Cover with remaining sauce and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
