Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 c. drained juice from broccoli (add water to make 1 c.)
Preparation
    Cook frozen broccoli; drain and save liquid.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add cream of chicken soup, Cheez Whiz and Minute rice. Add enough water to broccoli liquid to make 1 cup.
    Add to mixture; stir in drained broccoli.
    Pour into greased dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
