Marian'S Party Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 lb. Blue cheese
1/2 lb. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
Preparation

Allow cheeses to reach room temperature.
Combine in large mixing bowl.
Beat until well blended.
Add Worcestershire sauce, spices and half the chopped nuts.
Chill.
Shape into ball and roll in remaining nuts.
Chill thoroughly.
Can be made ahead of time and frozen.
Serve with a heavy cracker.
Makes 15 to 20 servings.
