Ingredients

2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
3 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar
pinch of salt
Preparation

Filling:
Beat egg yolks.
Add to milk, cornstarch, sugar, salt and vanilla.
Cook until thick.
Add coconut.
