Hot Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 hot banana peppers (both red and green)
    1 pt. dark cider vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pt. yellow mustard
    1 1/2 lb. brown sugar
Preparation
    Grind and drain peppers.
    Combine all ingredients in large pot.
    Boil 20 minutes.
    Make a paste with 3/4 cup flour and the juice from the peppers.
    Add to the hot pepper mixture.
    Stir until thick.
    Pour into pint jars and seal.
    Yields 4 pints.
