Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
3 egg yolks
juice and rind of 2 lemons or 1/4 c. lemon juice
baked pie shell
Preparation
-
Cook flour, sugar, boiling water and butter together until mixture thickens.
Add remaining ingredients; mix and pour into baked pie shell.
