Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
    In large mixing bowl add Wesson oil and eggs.
    Beat, then add sugar gradually and beat until well mixed.
    Add dry ingredients and carrots, mix well.
    Bake in 2 (9-inch) layer pans which have been oiled and floured.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
