Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening or butter
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. cold water
    2 egg whites
    sugar
Preparation
    Mix shortening, flour, water and egg yolks.
    Roll out.
    Beat egg whites; glaze over crust and sprinkle with sugar.
