Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery leaves
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 (15 oz.) cans red beans, drained
    1 c. beef broth
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 to 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    ??? diced ham
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery leaves, garlic and green pepper in oil until tender.
    Add beans, broth, pepper, ham and Tabasco sauce. Simmer 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
