Medley Of Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sliced onions
    2 c. celery strips
    2 c. frozen green beans
    3/4 c. green pepper strips
    1 large can tomatoes (2 c.)
    4 tsp. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Mix vegetables together in covered baking dish.
    Melt butter. Add salt, sugar, pepper and tapioca.
    Mix. Add tomatoes and mix well.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until vegetables are fork-tender.
