Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. popped corn
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. butter
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Pop the corn in popper.
    Keep warm.
    Measure remaining ingredients into saucepan.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved over medium heat.
    Cook, without stirring, to 270\u00b0, or until a small amount of mixture becomes brittle when dropped into very cold water.
    Pour syrup over popcorn, stirring corn to mix well. Butter hands and press corn into balls.
    Wrap to keep crisp.
