Oven Bag Rabbit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1/2 c. dry red wine
1/4 c. flour
1 c. celery, sliced
1 rabbit, cut in pieces
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Shake flour, salt and pepper in 10 x 16-inch oven cooking bag and place in 2-inch deep roasting pan.
Add rabbit pieces and shake to coat meat. Spread out rabbit pieces in bottom of the bag. Add onion, celery and butter; combine with wine and Kitchen Bouquet before adding to bag.
Secure bag with tie and make 6 half-inch slits in the top of the bag.
Bake one hour or until tender.
Serves 3 or 4.
