Whole Wheat Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 c. mashed banana (about 2)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients into a small bowl; stir and set aside.
    Combine sugar and oil; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add egg and beat well.
    On low speed, add flour and banana; blend well.
    Pour into a 8 x 4 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
