Chocolate Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yellows
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 c. Carnation
    2 c. water
    9 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
    2 pie shells, baked
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add milk and egg yellows.
    Add water.
    Add flavoring.
    Cook until thick while stirring constantly over low heat.
    Remove from stove.
    Put mixture into 2 baked pie shells.
    Cool.
    Top with egg whites.
